Two-factor Authentication
Also called 2FA or 2-FA is an extra layer of security added to your account to prevent someone from logging in, even if they have your password. This extra security measure requires you to verify your identity using a randomized code sent to you each time you attempt to log in. The code may be sent to you via email, SMS (text message) or on a hardware device known as a fob such as RSASecureID. Read more about two-factor authentication and why you should use it especially for your business emails.
