Can I transfer my domain name to MailSafi?

Yes! MailSafi offers domain names transfer service for $10. It’s a straightforward and quick process too. You can do that here. Enter the domain you wish to transfer and the EPP code/ Auth code that proves your ownership of the domain. Your current domain provider can provide this code to you if you do not know it. Then follow the steps until you complete your payment. We will initiate the transfer process and send you confirmation once done. This process usually takes 1 – 7 days depending on the domain.

Can I move my website to be hosted at MailSafi?

Absolutely. Sign up for our web hosting service. All you need to do is transfer and move your website files directly to MailSafi’s server through an FTP client or the File Manager of your hosting control panel.

If your website uses the MySQL database, you will need to configure your website database details to the new database on MailSafi’s server.
