User accounts tasks
First, you have to create your users on M@ilSafi admin portal. The mailboxes have to exist in M@ilSafi to begin the migration.
For a user migrating from a Google platform account, the most secure and direct option, which covers accounts with 2FA enabled, is to use an App Password for the migration tool.
This method is necessary for 2FA-enabled accounts and bypasses the need to enable "less secure apps" which is not possible when 2FA is active.
-

Impact of migration on users
To migrate email, you need access to the user mailboxes on Google. The users can perform the above activities or can be assisted by an IT person.
If you can't access user mailboxes, you'll have to create application-specific passwords. This provides access to the user mailboxes by using a secondary password.
